Disgusting service, broken promises and ********* business practices

On the 28 March 2021 @ 17:38 our order was placed but never arrived and to this day has not arrived. We logged call after call immediately thereafter with Uber Eats, eventually on the 6 April 2021 we received communication from Uber Eats that we would be refunded within 3-5 working days. It is now the 23 April and still no refund. Uber Eats does not respond to our queries and refuses to get back to us or uphold their promise. I am disgusted in their complete lack of service and accountability. They are set up in such a way that it is impossible to phone and speak to any person, you can only communicate via the app which is inadequate and reaps no response!
