Disgusting service!!!

I ordered food on the 30th Sept and when the chicken got here it was raw ,when I tried to complain first the order was not showing on the app ..then when it finally showed I complained and was told that they can not refund me just because the temperature of the food is not to my liking lol. I sent them picture more than thrice still they kept asking what was wrong with the food...then they tell me they don't know what chicken breasts are ***!!!!I then send another email this morning and I receive a response that they cant reply to an email for a matter that has already been closed, how do you close it If nothing was resolved ....I will never ever use this app again...disgusting service.
