Disgusting service at UberEats

I ordered a meal on the 31 May 2021 which never arrived, I wrote to the support team at UberEats more than 8 times and each time I get the same scripted response which says: "Sorry to hear about your experience.......we encourage you to rate the restaurant........." meaning that no one even bothers to read emails from customers because if any of the people who dealt with my query had even bothered to read any of my emails and their response they would understand how absurd their response is when someone has been de*****ed by UberEats. So I order on their platform, pay for their "service" but when there is a problem I have to speak to the restaurant and not them.........Wow! UberEats! I know nothing is going to come out of this query as usual but it doesn't matter because I have moved on to MrD and I just wanted to highlight how disgusting the service at UberEats is.
