Disgusting service and food

totally disgusting experience. ordered diner from Nonna Mia's Parkhurst. Uber drivers kept accepting and then cancelling pickup. this went on for over an hour. Uber customer care didnt care at all. kept telling me to just wait. after 1 1/2 hours i was forced to cancel delivery and go fetch myself. why do i need Uber then? so eventually got the food and returned home. this is like 2 hours after i should have received the delivery. Food now is cold. the pizza was absolutely tasteless. the "LARGE" Lasagna was a total *******. R215 and the thing is like for 1 person. also freezing cold, tasteless. all round a disgusting experience from Ubereats and Nonna Mia's.
