Disgusting service

Utterly disgusting. After giving them the benefit of the doubt on countless issues, this time it has gone too far. I ordered a large meal from kfc and got a few chips in the box. There was also a mouldy chip. The only response I got from them is sorry we cant refund you. WOW!
