Disgusting service

I requested an uber parcel a few months ago , driver picked up parcel then did not deliver to the door of the building as instructed, instead he stood somewhere in some street and said he could not get hold of me. He then drops the parcel at the head office for me to pickup and deliver once again! What an inconvenience!

And clearly I don’t learn as yesterday Uber eats did me dirty. I ordered a meal worth R192. Driver did not deliver to my building but yet put on the app that its completed. The app was not updating where he was and when I got a call I could not hear him. Proceeded to go outside to find him but he was not there. Uber refuses to refund me and says he waited the correct number of minutes, where?!? Told who?!?

Why put options of things being delivered to the door when they don’t get delivered to the door? Why did he not take the food back to the store for me to pickup then? Instead he gets a free meal and I lose out on R192 whilst being left hungry! How bizarre! I'm digusted by their service honestly!
