Disgusting service

On the 12the Jan evening i placed an order of cramdecker as attached on the photo. I never received that order. Today i noticed my account was debited R290.80. I want my money please. I need someone to tell me why debit the customer when you know that the customer never received the order because usually they will ask a 4 digit code upon delivery. So if the process was nit completed why debit the account????
