Disgusting service

The most disgusting service we received, driver never delivered our food we ordered as a group at work, we sat hungry arguing with the driver who was rude saying who must pay for his petrol to bring our food back? We never even got the food no query at the reception area that the food was even there. Photo was taken showing he was outside never brought the food inside at all. Uber eats said they will take 3 days to refund the money, so we must sit hungry till then. Will never recommend anyone to use their services again!!
