Disgusting service

I used Uber eats in Johannesburg midrand yesterday. I purchased dinner from Yummy Asian in kyalami. Firstly I was charged twice. Secondly when Uber arrived at my house the driver only brought half of the order. I had to drive and collect the other half due to his negligence of not confirming with the restaurant. I've called Uber support twice only to be told I need to wait 24 to 48 hours for an escalation logged and feedback. I'm still waiting with no resolution. I want a refund. This has been the worst service ever and I do not think they really care about customer satisfaction. Please can someone help URGENTLY...... disgusting service
