Disgusting service

I placed an order through ubereats using Chateau Gateaux apparently the driver came to deliver the order however no one did arrive at our offices to deliver and the Driver is insisting that he is going to charge us an extra R50 cause we did not come to fetch the order, he did not call the person who placed the order or for who the order was for. He is absolutely rude to have asked for anything extra. Drivers name is Rasheed Bandah.
