Disgusting service

I'm disgusted with UberEats's service. I ordered a Wimpy breakfast this morning but it was never delivered. I could see that the driver was getting lost so he called me and I tried to explain to him where I was and he hung up on me and completed the trip. I then contacted them for help and spoke to 3 people from there but I still dont have answers. I was told that I would be refunded but I'm still waiting and I haven't heard from them again
