DISGUSTING SERVICE

My order didn't arrive when I ordered yesterday (Driver didn't even bother to come in to the complex and cancelled my order!) and today the same nonsense happens and i was billed the full amount of R244 today for something i didn't recieve,WHATS THE POINT OF ASKING FOR DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR AND BEING TOLD TO COME TO THE GATE. Its not my fault that i live in a complex???? I've never had any issues before when ordering so why now??? I WANT MY MONEY BACK
