Disgusting Hygiene & No Refund for Hair in My Food!

I had a terrible experience with UberEats—I found a strand of hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable! This raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.

To make things worse, when I reported the issue, UberEats customer service was unhelpful and refused to issue a refund. Instead, I got generic responses that didn’t address my complaint properly.
