Disgusting!!

I'm so disgusted by the Uber eats drivers, I ordered food today for me and my colleague which costs almost R300, I left the message on the app for the driver to leave the food by the security as I'm working and I can't have my phone with me, the driver had the audacity to leave with my food again and the securities advised me that the driver was there and put my food on the floor and took it back with him again he only called me once and that's it's. I made a complain with Uber eats and they telling me I can't get a refund, so where did my food go to?? I lost my money and my food which is very unfair and poor services. I will not use them ever again. I even called in to thr place where I ordered the food from and the driver did not return the food back to the store... Disgusting!!
