Disgusting experience

I would like to say I am very disgusted with the service I received today from Uber Eats and McDonald in Parktown. I placed an order today and was tracking the order. Next thing I get a notification that my order was cancelled without my consent or a call from the delivery guy or store. I then received an email from uber Eats stating that they have refunded my account and the fund will only be in my account within the next 5 working days. I will not except this , I want my food today or my money today. I did not authorize for any order to be cancelled
