Disgusting customer support order number #ECOC9

I have been ********** by ubereats, I ordered a meal and forgot to change the address and immediately realised and tried to contact McDonald's to no avail. I then reached to Ubereats to cancel the order with the option to reorder, there was no option on the app for address change and thus I had to cancel the order. The message that I received from Ubereats was that I can't be refunded because and they need to compensate the shop "the store is is preparing the meal!" I went to the store to recover my meal, they couldn't assist and we called ubereats together with the store manager who confirmed that they were not paid for the order and I was to contact customer support again and when I did, the response I received was that I couldn't get assistance as I had already reported. I am still waiting for the response from them and why I can't get a refund since the order was not yet prepared by the shop, manager confirmed and it was not delivered to me.
