Disgusting customer service

Three times that I have ordered and my order gets canceled for no reason. Tried to contact the call centre but no one available for uber eats. Tried the help section on the app and have received no response. Utterly disgusting service...will never use them again.

Yesterday I ordered pizza hut off uber eats and after an hour of no delivery I phoned pizza hut and they said that my order had been collected 45 min ago. Then my order was canceled by uber eats. So where is my food??? ****** by the driver?
