Disgusting customer service and laziest response received in my life

I wouldn't even give a 1 rating if I could. I am disgusted at their customer service. You would think that they would treat their customers a bit better during a pandemic. I ordered two items on Uber eats last night, one of which the restaurant did not have in stock, the app prompted me to update my order which I did immediately however by that time monies were already deducted from my card. I went onto the app and logged a query immediately. The cheeck of who ever responded advised that they simply can't help me as I logged the query more than 48 hours after the incident happened which is an absolute lie as I logged it immediately. If they weren't f****ing lazy they could look at the time I logged the query versus when I ordered on the app. It was within the same 30 minutes of ordering. Absolutely disgusted.
