Disgusting customer service

uber eats buy one free get one free promo and i didn't get the free meal

I sent a complaint last year already and received no assistance on the complaint

I sent a complaint again this year to remind them of my complaint and that they had not resolved the matter when i saw that they are doing the same promo again

their service is so poor that they are not willing to refund or resolve the matter when they are the ones who ignored the complaint in the first place last year

such poor customer service

they didn't even go and investigate the matter and see that they are the ones in fault
