Disgusting business Ethics .no refund no pizza looks like Uber eats drivers eats those pizza u paid for ,never goes back to debioners

I have been using Uber eats for some time now ,never had an issue ,until recent I placed an order for debioners pizza order came to R408. The address that was on delivery was at my incorrect place ,which I notified the Uber driver that he has the wrong address if he could come an deliver to the correct address which is like 2.5 km from where he was,wen I realised that the driver had the incorrect address I immediately called Debioners island where my order was initially collected from the response was they can't help me I need to go on Uber eats again their is an option for help ,I sent a message to the driver to say please come to the correct address I will pay the extra fee ,The driver did not respond apparently he waited at the wrong address for 8 min knowing he is in the wrong place ,I logged a complain to Uber unfortunately they declined my refund of R408 plus no pizza ,my question is why does the pizza delivery say completed .. I never got the pizza or the refund ,the pizza never went back to debioners so who has eaten the pizza or did it go ,why was the pizza not given back to debioners where they can call the client to ask why has the pizza returned back to the store.This is very ***** and I will never recommend Uber eats to anybody ,you might as well call debioners yourself place and order and asked debioners to use their drivers to deliver your pizza .please don't use this service as they take ur money +eats ur pizza that u paid for
