Disgusting and **** Uber eats service delivery

Yesterday I've ordered with Uber eats and chose a card payment method then a driver sent me a text saying he left the order by security. At first I asked myself why would the driver leave my order by the security I then went down stairs to collect. Security said the driver left with my order. My disadvantage is that I paid with card the driver knew that he had my money already hence even **** to me as I later learned that he left with my order. I reported the matter to Uber eats they had the nerve to tell me that they not refunding me. So I must pay for something I didn't get? Can Uber eats please reverse the transaction as they are fully aware that I didn't get my food I paid for which I didn't get...
