DISGUSTING AND POOR SERVICE ,****MERS ,UNRELIABLE DONT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, STUPID AGENTS ,*****ULANT DRIVERS

Guys lets stop using UberEATS they dont care about us they just want to take our money thats all,my order was never delivered i tried to call back the number on the driver profile he said ts the wrong number , i complained immediately but they told that they cant refund me the the driver delivered the food & he has a right to leave the order in a secure location if he cant reach me shortly after arriving their word. I work at Carlton center theres no secure location i tried to explain to them but they didnt want to listen ,they just dont want to refund me we have a reception and securities but they didnot even want to listen they said its my fault they are defending their drivers that lies and they take our food this is bull **** and its unacceptable , whats irritating the most you giving them facts but they dont listen because they dont want to take responsibility thats nonsense .I DONT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM CZ THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME LETS STOP SUPPORTING THESE ****** AND GO TO MRD, WE CANT TOLERATE THIS **** .....imagine you r hungry waiting for your food while you checking and the boom delivered ***
