Disgusting and pathetic service

So i purchased Nandos and KFC on 2 seperate occassions, the Nandos order was for work which I collected funds for as we did a team order, then everything went wrng and the order was a mess, we complained and only half of the money was said to be refunded bu to date no refund. KFC ordered on a separate occasion and with that the food was raw. I even took a pic of the burger, order also quite a high amount and I was given R49 for the inconvenience, Total of both order was R1100 and both order were a mess, Yes it the restaurant but the middle man is Uber so i want and need feedback as I am getting nowhere and I will be telling all ny colleagues who have experienced the same and have not to rather use Mr Delivery.
