Disgusting and disappointing

I ordered 2x breakfast meals and a cappuccino from @Kfc la Lucia. I waited between 40 - 55mins for the order only for it eventually to arrive...the food was cold it tasted like chemicals and the cherry ontop. There was no coffee in the cup and the drive is looking at me confused...the was a huge hole on the bottom of the cup I'm assuming it got soggy and leaked but the cup was also laying on its side when he picked it up. I was refunded my 36 rand but they are forgetting what about the inconvenience, time wasted I have no electricity hence I ordered coffee. Now what I must just deal and wait 5-7 days for a refund he didn't even offer to get me another coffee. He just gave me the empty broken cup and left
