Disgusting

This platform is so tardy and not helpful at all. I never use UberEATS as i only use the Uber App for the driver assistance on a regular basis. I have now had money just randomly coming off my account to the value of R 2693.74 - and this is without me ordering anything on UberEats. The answer i got back from them is to sort it out with my bank?????? this is ***** and i do not have that kind of money to just throw away i am so frustrated and i dont know what to do :(
