Disgusting

I ordered Pizza on the 25th October at 7pm and at first estimated delivery will be 7:40 pm if I'm not mistaken. The time kept on changing at 8:30pm I was still waiting for the delivery and I cancelled the order at 8:40 or 8:45. To my surprise I can't order or request for a ride until I pay the order of the food I waited 2hours for, Pizzahut is just around the corner from my place, the least UberEats could have done was to call and inform me as the client that my order is taking longer than expected and give reasons and also ask if I still want the order because I had to leave home...I couldn't stay and wait for food I didn't know when it was gonna arrive.

How do I pay for pathetic service because waiting that long is pathetic and it's disgusting of Uber to block my account for food I didn't get and when they check they can see how long it took me to cancel my order. Disgusting
