Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to express the disgusting experience I have encountered with Uber eats.

I ordered Pizza and when it arrived I noticed the delivery guy tampering with the box the seals on the box were removed he walked up the stairs and I asked him why the box was opening he couldn't explain why, he told me he drove over a hump which his nonsense

I asked him to open the box and the pizza looked like he had been clearly dropped or moved around it look like a dogs breakfast.

I told him I'm not accepting this order and that he could return with the pizza, the guy I'm not sure if he was drunk or what he just looked weird, mind you this is Sunday afternoon.

Firstly when deliveries leave the store do we not make sure the scooter being used has space to transport the goods safely. The pizza should it not have been placed in a paper bag for extra protection

Are drivers not trained to not open customers orders and not use their filthy hands to move around a customers order. This guy opened my order while I was upstairs with me looking at him, he wasn't even aware that I'm staring at him and he honestly expected me to accept his filthy hands that touched me food

Let alone why does a huge company like Uber eats hire people who can bearly speak English.

Are your staff not trained on how to handle orders and taught what is and not acceptable to delivery
