UberEATS failed delivery and denied refund
I am so disgusted !!!!!!! What happen to my food???????? I never received a call......................
This was their response:... We reviewed your order again and can confirm that it isn’t eligible for a refund. The delivery partner followed our policy and waited the required amount of time at the delivery address before marking the order as completed. Going forward, please make sure to turn on your notifications in case the delivery partner tries to contact you through the app. We appreciate your understanding.

The driver did not call , I never received my food YESTERDAY and they refused to refund the money I paid!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Vanessa, Thanks for getting back in touch. However, as explained before, we can’t issue a refund beacuse the delivery partner tried to contact you and waited the required amount of time before completing the order in the app. Thanks for understanding.
