Disgusted with UberEats

I receive completely the wrong order. A refund was arranged but not for the full amount. When I queried this I received a cagey reply not answering my question and I had to ask my question again. I then received an email confirming I was not going to be receiving a full refund and was told that the query thread was now closed! I am very disappointed with this service. It is not the first time this has happened. The last time, when I receive the wrong order, the restaurant was blamed and I received no refund.
