Disgusted with UberEats

Im am highly disappointed in the Services from Uber Eats.

My husband placed an order from Starbuck Flamingo today and the driver named: Farai came to my workplace and said the Drink of choice spilled and attempted to log a call with the Department.

Starbucks Flamingo said they have no issue with this matter as it was ordered from UberEats and not them directly.

We gave him grace to do such and then my Husband called to ask why the order was refused to be accepted which was never discussed,

The driver showed me a message saying “Mark as undelivered and then we will reissue it”.

Now we sitting with no refund or order, the order had a Brownie which the driver took with him.

We demand action against this immediately.
