Disgusted with this service provider

This service is becoming more taxing then an actual service, I will be spreading the word on the terrible service I received today. I order twice today, spent almost R400, but never received anything, and they refuse to refund me, what service is this. Will not use this service again, will use Mr. Delivery, this has never happened with them ever.
