Disgusted with the service!

Disgusted with the service of Uber Eats. I ordered a meal but all of my items were not included. I then logged a request and called the driver, she told me to call then restaurant. I got a response from Uber as well telling me that they will refund me but it's the last time. Wow! If my order was correct I wouldn't have need to log a complaint.
