Disgusted service

I placed an order just after 7PM today & guess what I'm still waiting, I want to cancel my order, however I'm being told i will still be liable for the charge. Live Chat agent told me it's either I wait or I cancel & pay for an order I did not receive.

Ubereats should give customers a time phrame for us to be able to cancel an order that clearly is not going to be delivered. I am disgusted in the service I received today
