Disgusted in UberEATS

I placed an order on UberEATS, bear in mind i am new at this company so i needed to understand how things work. the uber guy tried to get a hold of me which UberEATS claims that he followed the correct process when delivering my food, however i tried calling the guy back and i was chatting to him to explain what his going on and where was his humanity to try and understand that this lady is trying to get her food. The guy's name is Moyo. he then advised he left the food as he needs to go. i asked the security did the guy leave the food, and he advised no he said he needs to leave with the food. i disputed the situation and UberEATS advised they cannot refund me. all fair and well the UberEATS guy followed the process but why did he leave with my food. I posted my situation on Facebook and the number of comments i got where people were complaining about the same thing. this is sad and UberEATS does not care. I appreciate the fact that they try to make life easier for us but to take advantage is a different story. i am sad and disgusted that this is the new kind of trend they are going with in order to rip people off.
