Disgusted in UBER EATS

My son bought him a burger from Uber eats , it was pass six in the evening not even dark yet and was told to come to main road to fetch his burger cause the guy is not gona come to my house I am disgusted in Uber eats and service .Why process the order if you not going to deliver , you take delivery fee for driver so what is the issue ? He was refunded the money but didnt know this will happen every time ..he ordered again after we told driver that we live in decent area.he was not refunded his burger money second time around.If you not going to deliver certain areas then block it out on app and say you dont deliver there but to take your money and delivery fee this is not on !!! I have notified my friends and family about the incident Pathetic we sent a message to be refunded for second order this is not our fault but you are sitting with my money now and dont want to give it back
