So recently I ordered a streetwise 5 on the app. They deducted the money from my account and I never received my order. When I queried they told me the driver left the order there. Now how can the driver leave the order without me entering my pin to get my order. They never refunded me on this issue. The level of incompetence in this matter is really revolting because how can one order on a trusted app and get ****** like that. I'm never using their services again I'm sorry
