Disgusted by Uber Eats

I'm extremely disappointed regarding the service I got from Uber. 5items from 30 items that I bought at game using Uber Eats were not received, I tried calling Game Jabulani Mall for assistance and I spoke to Thandi she was rude , tried getting help from Uber I was advised that I would receive an email. What frustrates me is that my mother experienced the same thing and the issue was never resolved and the annoying part is the money is taken from my credit card, Even their drivers are unprofessional because the will not let you even check your items they just want the Uber pin and leave and it's surprising why two bike drivers who had to deliver my things but still they were short . I need this matter resolved
