disgusted by the services

i am utterly disgusted by the services i have received today ! i was sent back and forth between mcdonalds & uber eats today . the driver who brought the food gave my food to someone else , without asking the name of the person . a name should be asked before giving the food . we tried contacting the driver but he acted as if he couldn't hear me . i will not recommend uber eats to anyone . now i have to wait 10 working days for my money to be refunded 😤😤 . poor service . absolutely disgusted by it !
