disgusted

So disgusted with Uber eats - we ordered on Uber eats from Sandwich baron, I received an email stating that our food has been delivered however we did not receive the food i immediately logged an error online the number I tried calling said they can't help me as I'm not a business the watts app line said they can't help me as I'm not a business I then sent a complaint on the app - I then saw a msg from the driver saying he tried calling but no answer ( please note that I received no miss call) no Msg that he left the food on the pavement its a busy road with loads of businesses so OfCourse someone took it so Uber eats basically just through the food away there is a bell at the gate everyone else that rings the bel gets help funny he didn't even try to ring the bel so how is this okay to leave the food on the pavement
