Disgusted

I placed an order yesterday at KFC Jabulani Mall via ubereats aroung 16:00, they accepted the order, my food was prepared for 1hour 30mins as per your app, the driver, Nunu Magdeline (VW Polo) CK32SB GP collected my food, however she first went to deliver somewhere else before bringing my delivery, she then decided to deliver my food, when she got there she had attitude and the food was cold, hence I told her I will not pay for the food as I had waited 2 hours for my order and there is no option to cancel on the app, I would have cancelled. Ubereats charged me for food I did not eat. I would like you to remove that charge with immediate affect, it's not the first time we experience this with UberEats and KFC Jaulani Mall.
