Disgraceful service!

<p>Ordered from Primi Piati Blue Route. Ubereats took 40 minutes to deliver from our security to our home which is 3 minutes from security and very straightforward. Drive up, turn right, house is in middle on right!</p> <p>Driver kept phoning but still got lost. We told him to go back to security but he did not. </p> <p>When he eventually arrived my hysband asked him what the problem was and he just walked away. No apology nor explanation. RUDE!</p> <p>Food was cold!</p> <p> </p> <p>Tonight we ordered from Cal'cachios at about 18h40.</p> <p>Food arrived at 20h45 - 2 hours later , 1,5 hours after specified delivery time!</p> <p>I phoned Cal'cachios qnd spoke to the manager who ssid foid had not been collected and no notification of driver. Salads were ready, pizzas were waiting to be cooked as takes 4 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>This lack of service or consideration for customers is unacceptable. We will no longer support UberEats and want a refund for our food as a token for the lack of professionalism.</p> <p>My husband phoned UberaEats twice and the first operator was so rude, argumentative and unhelpful. My hubby phoned again and got a better operator who told him to log a complaint on the App.</p> <p> </p> <p>Manager at Cal'cachios gave us the number to phone and said so many customers are unhappy with UberEats.</p>
