Disgraceful Customer Service

Today at 14:15 i placed an order for door to door delivery with Uber Eats, after waiting for the delivery time to pass, i got a call from my complex security confirming that the driver has arrived. After five minutes the driver messaged me to come downstairs, upon which i informed him my order was door to door and besides i have a sick child whom i could not leave alone inside my flat. The driver ignored my response and continued sending me msgs to come downstairs. After ten minutes he took the liberty of cancelling my order stating i did not answer his call which was a blatant lie because he never called me my phone was in my hand since the security alerted me of his arrival. This left my sick child hungry for another 45 minutes because i had to reorder with Mr D foods. This was the utmost disgraced customer service i have ever received. What's more pathetic is the drivers name is Proud, surely does not fit him as he is not proud of his work at all.
