DISGRACE - UBER EATS

We are totally DISGUSTED!

What is the point of the receiving your food codes when the driver anyway, just do with the food as he please. Myself and other 3 collagues ordered food at a resturant, like we always do with uber eats. The driver never arrived and the app indicated that the food was delivered! We waited for more than an hour, just to see that the food is "delivered" but we have not received anything. We tried to phone the driver but the drivers phone was off. (This already makes me sick!!)

We then phoned the Uber East help line and wow, what terrible customer service. They said they will revert the money back to our account which will take 3-10 days. We can just place another order. Never the less, now we sit without money and food.

Your really just another number to Uber Eats, as if its normal, happens daily.

We will defnitely never ever again order from Uber Eats again!
