I ordered a kfc meal of R278.80 with Ubereats today and the driver called Rawlins Witness from Stellenbosch was very rude he called to tell me straight that he can’t deliver where I stay which is one of the small townships in Stellenbosch called khayamandi because it’s dangerous and he won’t risk his life . I have never had an issue has an issue Ubereats and they always deliver nothing has happend before .I know that my area is safe but this driver discriminated me and on top of that I was charged by Ubereats my money was not reversed back. I am very unhappy with the treatment and service that I got after I tried to order food for my grandparents who are elderly and above the age of 80 years I’m really disappointed.
