Disappointing Service

We ordered our meal, but when we tried to report the issues through Uber Eats app, we were stuck sending pictures and waiting for responses... until the same wrong meal went cold! Who wants to eat cold, dry fries?

To make matters worse, Burger King Parkstation could not help us, they refered us tonthe same app for complaints! And when we tried to reach out to Uber Eats via app through their support team, they completely ignored our messages.
