Disappointing Service Ubereats.

On Friday the 9th of August, we placed an order on Ubereats amounting to 820.00.

We waited for more than 2 hours, and eventually were notified that the order was on its way, we waited outside for more than 15 minutes, nothing arrived. We even drove around in our vehicle to see if we could find the driver. We tried to contact the driver numerous times, who never took our calls.

After numerous attempts to get hold of the driver as well as report the incident to Ubereats, we had no luck. Eventually, we received a photograph of a bag which was apparently left at a gate - definitely not ours.

We requested a credit from Ubereats who responded by saying the driver waiting outside our gate for more than 10 minutes. He NEVER pitched up with our order.

DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!! I will not be using Uber in future.
