Disappointing Service and Unresolved Refund

Very disappointing service from Uber Eats. Weeks ago, I placed an order and most of my items were out of stock. I was promised a refund, but I’m still waiting for my money. Every time I contact Uber Eats, I’m told the issue has been resolved, yet nothing has been refunded to my account. This is unacceptable.
