Disappointing Service and Lack of Support from UberEats

I ordered food from KFC Parkview Pretoria through UberEats, but it was never delivered to my home. The driver claimed they left it at my gate, but there was no food when I checked, and it appears they simply drove away. I reached out to UberEats multiple times to resolve the issue, but I've received no response or assistance. I have reached out to KFC as well, and they too have so far ACTIVELY IGNORED ME. KFC, like UberEats, in turns out, SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A PAYING CUSTOMER WHATSOEVER. KFC ARE LOSERS, UBER EATS ARE LOSERS!

By charging me for an order that was never delivered and not addressing my repeated reports, UberEats and KFC Parkview Pretoria has shown a ******** lack of concern for customer support and accountability. Their refusal to acknowledge my complaints is frustrating and has left me feeling completely unheard.

This experience has been EXTREMELY disappointing, as I trusted UberEats to provide a reliable service. My recommendation: exercise caution when using this service, as customer issues may not receive the attention they deserve.
