Disappointing Service and lack of customer care

What a terrible and mediocre service they offer. I ordered food and never received it. The delivery that the food was apparently dropped off is completely different from my address on the app. To make it worse, the driver, Samuel Brent had admitted in text that his GPS had issues. The support team was of no help, I'm so disappointed.
