Disappointing Experience with Uber Eats - No Delivery, No Refund

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Uber Eats' service and customer support. My friend and I split an order, by me sending him the money and he ordering on his app. However, the food never arrived. Despite numerous attempts to contact the driver, he hung up on us, and eventually, the calls stopped going through. Uber Eats claims the delivery was successful since the driver entered the pin, but this is absurd.

Further investigation reveals that the restaurant confirmed our order was ready for pickup, but the driver never collected it. This isn't an isolated incident, as the restaurant has experienced similar issues with Uber Eats drivers in the past.

To add insult to injury, my recent order was also incomplete, missing a bottle of water. While some might say it's just water, it's still my money.

I've tried to report these issues, but Uber Eats' FAQ and queries loop is frustrating, with no direct contact information available. I demand a refund for both orders, plus compensation for the time and money wasted. I hope someone from Uber Eats contacts me directly to resolve this situation.
